INJECTION MOLDING
PLASTIC AND RUBBER
This process is carried out using injection machines (presses) and custom-made molds. Our extensive machine park allows us to produce anything from micro-components to parts with complex shapes, sizes, and mechanical properties, with no restrictions on the type of material used.
By using specific technologically advanced machinery, the average cost of mold production and the subsequent printing process is reduced by 60% compared to using traditional machinery in the case of micro components.

3D PRINTING
PLASTICS
This process uses 3D printers, which allow the creation of components in plastic or resin material, without the use of dedicated molds.
This technology is suitable for both component prototyping and for production of batches oftens of thousands of pieces, depending on the component design.
CNC MANUFACTURING
METAL AND PLASTIC MICRO-COMPONENTS
Using 7-axis CNC machining centers, we manufacture metal or plastic parts for various fields, i.e. engineering, jewelry, modeling, automotive, etc.
We offer the possibility to produce batches of thousands of pieces in a short time, respecting the tolerances required by the customer.

PAINTING
The spray painting process is carried out in a paint booth and can be performed on objects of various shapes and sizes.
It can occur using an airbrush following masking (in the case of particularly small areas), or using a spray gun for medium-sized components.
pad-printing
The experience gained over the years allows us to use the pad printing process in an extremely detailed, precise, and advanced manner, even for components with complex shapes, and it is applicable to small to medium-sized objects.
Pad printing can be used for the most diverse applications, from creating logos for pens or simple writings, to the graphic realization of an entire 1/32 scale collectible model car.
